Deck Dolly for John Deere 1025R 2020 model year and newer tractors with a 7 Iron style rear deck mounts. This design is a hybrid between the 7 Iron dolly for the rear mounts and the Universal dolly for the top or front mounts. Fits all size decks and may fit others that have the same dimensions for factory hook ups. With built-in adjust-ability, it is sure to fit your deck perfectly. See pictures to see if your deck matches. The rear mounts must be approximately 16" inside to inside as shown. If yours is different send me an email.
Please be sure your deck's rear mounts look like the pictures. If not and you have a bracket welded on the deck shaped like a C to accept a shaft then you have the old style and need the 2019 and older model.
This dolly features 2-7" wheels. It also features the 5' long legs. Soft Surface Feet, Longer 6' Legs and Dual Wheels are available as options. See pictures. As the draft arms stay in place on these decks I highly recommend the longer legs due to the draft arms encroaching the lifting position.
Quit struggling with that mower deck and get the Deck Dolly to make transportation, maintenance and storage a snap. Easy hookups along with light weight make this a must have accessory for your shop.
Please note that these decks have a breather on the gearbox and it is possible that the breather could seep grease due to the way the deck hangs on the Deck Dolly. To remedy, simply replace the breather with an 1/8" pipe plug from your local hardware store if this occurs.

Deck Dolly!
What a great addition to storing, performing maintenance and spacing saving of my mower deck. Installation was a little bit of a challenge but once you read the directions and watched a few videos, it was relatively easy. Only minor issue is that I need to loosen/reposition the L-shaped retaining brackets each time I use the dolly...could be operator unfamiliarity with the dolly. Otherwise I love it!

DECK DOLLY FOR JOHN DEERE 2020 MODEL YEAR AND NEWER 1025R
I bought the Deck Dolly in order to move around a 60D Auto Connect mower deck when disconnected from the 1025R. The plus benefits of this dolly is how easy it is to move the mower deck around, space savings of storing the deck when not in use, and easily doing blade maintenance. When I received the box from Deck Dolly and inventoried the parts I found that I was missing a set of support brackets. I emailed Deck Dolly over the weekend of the issue and received a reply back to my surprise that same weekend about the missing parts. A couple of days later I had the parts in hand. Can’t beat that for support and service. The Dolly is made of good solid materials and the instructions were so so in putting it together. I have made one modification to the Dolly that at least gives me a better feeling about stability and strength. I took a piece of 5/16 rod and created a cross brace between the uppermost part of the Dolly handles so that there is no wobbling or separating of the handles. When you do lift the mower deck upright you are likely to leak oil from the air breather/pressure release button of the gear case. I found that taking a small flat piece of wood and placing it across the top of the bracket and over the top of the pressure release button with 2 small clamps holding the wood in place stops the oil from leaking. Nice simple resolution. Overall, I am very happy with the product and service I received.

Why doesn't JD make this?
The deck dolly is perfect for moving heavy JD mower decks and even better for storing them upright and out of the way. The assembly instructions could be improved with more detailed photos of each step but after half of it was assembled I was able to figure out the rest by looking at the "finished product" pictures. The end result is a 5 star product!!!

I love it easy to assemble with excellent instructions. mower deck was heavier than I thought, but storage is so much eaiser! I am very pleased with the product.
